At La Millou Canada we want to spread joy by ensuring all our products are of the highest standard for quality and we ensures that the products are in new condition.
As a result, all of our products must be final sale for safety, health and hygienic reasons. All of our products are not able to be returned or exchanged.
Claims
To ensure that your order is complete and without defects, you should examine your order upon delivery.
We are sure that you will love our products as much as we do, but if for any reason there are damages/defects, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving an order.
All claims for damages/defects must be submitted in writing to info@lamillou.ca within 72 hours of receiving the goods.
Any order discrepancies need to be reported to info@lamillou.ca within 72 hours of receiving the goods.
If you do not notify us of incomplete or damaged/defective items within 72 hours after delivery, you risk losing the right to a refund or a replacement.
The claims will be handled within 7 business days from the day we receive it. We will inform you by e-mail about the proposed solution to the problem.
If the claim is justified, and in case of a damaged/defective product or if we ship the wrong colour or size of the product you ordered, you are entitled to the delivery of a new product.
In the event that the product ordered is no longer available, you are entitled to choose a different product that has the same value as the ordered product or to cancel the order. The damaged product should be sent back to La Millou Canada. Once we have received the damaged product, we will send you a new product or reimburse you for the sums already paid if the product you ordered is no longer available and you do not wish to choose a different product.
Provided that you are able to send the items back to us and pay for the return shipment on lamillou.ca, we will refund the shipping costs that you paid when returning the damaged/defective product in the form of a refund. A refund to your account will be issued within 30 days after the date on which we received the product.
In the event the product you return to us does not show any defaults or coincides with the size or colour you ordered, you will be entitled to receive, at your own expense, the product you sent back to us. If you do not wish to receive the product you sent back to us, La Millou Canada is entitled to keep the product and withhold the sums already received. In this event La Millou Canada will not reimburse you for the shipping costs of the return shipment.
La Millou Canada will not compensate any damage occurring to products due to normal wear and tear and incorrect or inappropriate handling including but not limited to cleaning, care, maintenance and storage that does not follow the instructions.
